The attorneys volunteer their time and the cost for those in need will be covered by the Louisville Bar Foundation. You just need to bring your State-issued ID, and what your new name will be.  There are a limited number of donations so please let the attorneys there know if you need the filing fees to be covered. Donations are always welcome!
