EVENT SPACES


With unique private space there is a place for every occasion. 


Art Gallery

  • The Art Gallery is ideal for intimate meetings, private dinners or exhibitions for artists and artisans with capacity for 20 seating, or 30 mingling guests. Includes: tables, chairs, projector in the space. 3 hour minimum.

  • Tues -Thurs: 8am - 9pm

    Fri - Sat: 8am - 10pm

    Sun: 8am - 6pm

  • $75 / hr

GE Kitchen

  • This space is equipped with a double oven, stovetop, two sinks, and two full sized fridges. Standard rental Includes use of pictured tables and chairs. and tv with HDMI accessibility for videos or presentations.

    The GE Kitchen can fit up to 25 seated guests and 40 guests mingling. 3 hour minimum.

  • Tues -Thurs: 8am - 9pm

    Fri-Sat: 8am - 10pm

    Sun: 8am - 6pm

  • Buyout:

    $100 /hr (8am - 5pm)

    $125 /hr (5pm - close)

    Multi-Hour Package

    Weekdays 8am - 5pm:

    $475 for 8 hours

    $300 for 5 hours

Wild Hops Venue

  • Rental includes in-house stage, projector, screen, sound system, tables, chairs, and soft seating furniture.

    Wild Hops Venue comfortably hosts a minimum of 40 people and can fit up to 100 seated and 150 mingling guests

  • Tues: 8am - 5pm

    Wed-Sat: 8am - 9pm

    Sun: 3pm - 6pm

  • 3 hour minimum.

    Tues - Fri (8am - 5pm): $150 /hr

    Thurs/Wed (5pm - 9pm): $200/hr

    Sunday (3pm - 6pm): $200/hr

    Fri/Sat (5pm - 9pm): $300/hr

FAQs ABOUT EVENT SPACES

  • Each private space comes with existing wood table(s) and metal chairs.

    The Art Gallery and Wild Hops Venue each have a projector.

    GE Kitchen rental includes a TV is with a HDML cable portal for slideshows, presentations or videos.

    Please note on your inquiry form below any specific amenity questions for any of the spaces.

  • Yes, We do allow rentals to be brought into your private event space however, nothing can be attached to the walls or ceilings if it will create a permanent mark or damage. Please allow enough time during your clean up to remove all items.

  • A 30 minute window of limited access prior to the rental time for the host is available upon request. If access is needed before that, please talk to us and we can either add time onto your rental or we can discuss your options with you and will vary based on event space and rental time.

  • Private events at Logan Street Market exclusively use our in-house vendors for all bar and catering options. Our talented team of chefs, artisans and vendors provide amazing culinary experiences and will be able to work with you if you have a specific vision in mind for your special event.

  • In order to support Logan Street Market vendors’ locally owned businesses all food is exclusively provided by our market vendors, including non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages .

    Logan Street Market vendors offer a wide range of in-house catering options, beverage services with multi-tiered comprehensive bar options.

    It is prohibited, under our alcohol license, to allow outside alcohol in the building and/or for it to be served by an individual that is not employed by Wild Hops Brewery.

  • The market street parking in the area, as well as a dedicated lot less than a block from the market. For specific parking information click here.

  • Fill the contact form at the bottom of this page to request a date availability.

    Once a date is confirmed available, to secure a date for your event, we require 50% of the venue rental price, and a signed rental contract.

    We do not hold dates until the contract is signed and the full 50% deposit has been made.

    The final rental payment for the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • Date reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancelations prior to the final payment, due 30 days prior to event, are not liable for remainder of final payment.

  • Yes, we can make limited numbers of reservations to accommodate groups up to 12 with a table in the public areas with a 3 week notification.
