Neil left the his corporate career behind, looking for something that he could be excited about. While searching, he decided to try the service industry. Neil quickly discovered a passion for creating a positive guest experience as well as craft cocktails, and rose from food runner to lead bartender in just under a year. Since then, Neil’s love of the bar and spirits industry has only grown. He strives to learn as much about guests at the bar, as he does about the spirits in his well. When he’s not behind the bar, Neil’s probably reading in a hammock, biking around town, or getting lost on a hike.
