Overview of this Miso making class!
• A brief history of miso including its origins, what it is, and common uses throughout the years
• Hands on experience making our own miso paste. Each participant will leave with a quart container of their own miso as well as an understanding of how to make miso from scratch.
• Food. Each participant will also receive a bowl of Renshoku ramen miso soup and Umeboshi riceball to eat at the conclusion of the class.
