"Hi, I'm Joe and cooking for you and with you is my passion. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, a trained chocolatier, and a restaurant chef. I have over 25 years experience in the industry, including living and working in Tuscany, Italy for 3 years. I believe in a rich and creative food for the spirit, as well as the body. My cuisine focuses on fresh and seasonal ingredients, executed with elevated and inspired techniques.
